Malcolm joined the firm in 2002 and has a first class degree from the University of Northumbria. He specialises in commercial property law and, at thirty years old, is the youngest solicitor to join the partnership.

She had done a month's work experience at Eastbourne School in the town before joining the firm as a Junior Secretary.
