Katie-lee Clemmet has joined Close Thornton Solicitors as a Solicitor specialising in Family law.

In her spare time, Katie-lee is an active member of the Darlington Operatic Society and performs dancing and singing roles in their shows each year. By day, however, she will now be working with the well-established family law team at the Darlington based firm.

Katie-lee graduated from Northumbria University in 2002 with a 2:1 honours degree in Law. She joined Close Thornton in November 2004. Kay Wimhurst, head of the Family department, said: 'We are delighted that Katie-lee has joined us. She is already proving herself to be an invaluable member of the team'.
