The firm is proud to report that it passed the Lexcel assessment with no less than 16 areas of Good Practice being highlighted by the auditors. Lexcel is the Law Society's version of ISO 9000 Quality Assurance Mark.

This year's report noted the firm's 'proactive approach' in meeting the Lexcel standards 'with many areas of good practice being demonstrated'. The firm's 'strong commitment to the staff' was also highlighted.

In addition, the report identified evidence from the latest client feedback survey indicating 'a high level of client satisfaction being achieved, with greater than 75% of all returns recording a score of 'excellent service'.
