Chris has been a partner at Close Thornton since 1985.

He is a Foundation Governor of Carmell R.C. College, Chairman of the Queen Elizabeth 6th Form College Corporation, Member of the Legal Services Commission Appeal Committee, Honorary Consultant to the Federation of Master Builders, Member of the Employment Lawyers’ Association, a Life Governor of the Imperial Cancer Research Fund and Honorary Fellow of Cancer Research UK. He is a member of the Rotary Club and past Chairman of the Round Table.

He enjoys skiing and walking and is a founding member of the S.M.W.C.
