Kay is head of the Family Law Department.
She joined Close Thornton in 1985 and became a partner in 1988.
She graduated in French and Ancient History from
Newcastle University and subsequently qualified as a solicitor.
She specialises in all aspects of family law and is a member of the
Law Society’s Children Panel and the Solicitors Family Law Association.
